Our Youth Pathways program is specifically designed to support young Tasmanians aged 16 to 25 who are seeking meaningful employment, vocational training, or career direction. The program addresses the specific barriers that young people face in entering the workforce, including limited work experience, lack of professional networks, and gaps in essential workplace skills. Participants receive one-on-one career coaching, resume and interview preparation support, and direct introductions to local employers in the hospitality, food and beverage, and manufacturing sectors.
